Why February? For most of us, it is the heart of winter and, well, there’s not that much going on. What better time to dig deep, identify what you want -- what you really really want -- and go after it with all you’ve got?
The formula for goal crushing is pretty simple. Define the goal. Set a timeframe. Break the goal down into smaller action items. Do the work.
Of course, all of this is much easier said than done, but what’s exciting is that goal setting and goal crushing can be learned and we can train ourselves to become goal crushers. So I invite you all to join me in a 28-day goal crushing challenge. I love that February is only 28 days. You can do anything for 28 days and if you set your mind to it, you will be shocked at how much can be accomplished.
